Modern Growth was co-founded by two practitioners whose careers span institutional banking, equity research, buy-side investment management and fintech across four continents, with a combined three decades of experience from Exane BNP Paribas, Eleva Capital, JP Morgan and HSBC.
The analytical methodology applies the same frameworks used to evaluate publicly listed companies: rigorous financial modelling, competitive positioning analysis, and fundamental business quality assessment, applied to the strategic decisions facing private businesses and their leadership teams.
Together, the founders also built the Impact Accelerator, a global business accelerator grown to 4,000+ founders and a community of 12,000+ high-growth companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australasia, with no external funding. With 15+ years operating across institutional banking (JP Morgan, HSBC), fintech, B2B and B2C advisory, and helping women entrepreneurs across the full founder journey, Roisin brings a unique blend of commercial acumen combined with institutional and entrepreneurial experience.
